02. Application & Data Privacy
Why don't you ask for my flight or hotel details?
We have streamlined the process to protect your privacy. We only generate the official Visa Code. You do not need to share your sensitive travel itinerary with us.
After you receive your Visa Code from us, you will use it to fill out the mandatory D'Viajeros form on the government website (72 hours before flight). We will provide you with a direct, secure link to do this. This way, your travel details remain private between you and the government.
What exactly do I receive?
You will receive a unique Digital Visa Code via email immediately after payment. This code is the official authorization number generated by the Cuban migration system. You will need this code to complete the online customs form (D'Viajeros) before your flight.
Is my passport data safe?
Absolutely. We use high-end encryption (SSL/TLS) for data transmission. Your data is processed automatically via our secure servers solely for the purpose of generating the code and is not shared with third-party advertisers.
Do I still need the Green Paper Card?
No. As of 2026, the physical "Green Tourist Card" is being phased out for online applications. The new system is 100% digital. The Code we send you replaces the paper visa entirely.

What does the 39€ fee cover?
The fee is all-inclusive. It covers the official consular fees charged by the Cuban government, our agency service fee for instant processing, credit card transaction fees, and 24/7 support. There are no hidden costs at checkout.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional European payment methods like SOFORT and Giropay via our secure payment partner, Mollie.
04. Validity & Rules
How long is the visa valid for?
The E-Visa allows for a stay of up to 90 days in Cuba. It is valid for a single entry. The 90-day period starts from the moment you enter Cuba, not from the date of purchase.
Can I travel from the USA?
Important: This standard Tourist Visa is NOT valid for direct flights from the USA to Cuba (e.g., Miami to Havana), regardless of your nationality. For direct US flights, you need a specific "Pink Visa" which we do not sell online. This visa works for flights from Europe, Canada, Latin America, etc.
Do children need a visa?
Yes. Every traveler, including infants and children, requires their own separate Visa Code and passport. You must purchase a code for each person traveling.
What if I make a mistake on the form?
Since the Visa Code is generated instantly and linked to the passport number you provide, mistakes cannot be corrected once the code is issued. Please double-check your passport number before clicking "Buy". If you made an error, you will unfortunately need to purchase a new code.
